• Please choose your preferred colours and initial for the handmade card at checkout.
• I’ll always do my best to honour special requests for colours or themes, but this cannot be guaranteed. If I need any clarification, I’ll contact you before I begin.
• All product photos are for illustration only - papers, patterns, and textures may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each item.
• Your 10% voucher will be included inside the parcel. It can be used by either you or the recipient, but it is valid for one single use only.
• Your items will be placed inside the gift postage box, but the box will be left unsealed so you can check everything first.
• The order will be shipped inside an outer postage bag so the box remains clean and ready to send on as a gift.
• Please open the outer packaging gently to avoid damaging the postage box. I’ll also include a fresh sheet of tissue paper for re-packing if needed.
• Due to the personalised and handmade nature of these items, they are non-returnable.
