📦 Shipping Policy

I want your order to arrive safe, sound, and ready to make you smile — so here’s how shipping works around here:

UK Orders

  • Free tracked shipping on all UK orders - no minimum spend.

  • Your parcel will have a tracking number so you can follow its journey from me to you.

Rest of the World (ROW) 

  • All international orders are tracked for peace of mind.

  • A shipping charge will apply - sadly, too many untracked parcels went missing in the past and I want to make sure your order gets to you safely.

  • Free tracked shipping for ROW orders over £100.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Dispatch Times

  • I aim to dispatch within 4 of receiving your order.  Should the order be large or complex I will message with a confirmed shipping date.

  • If the item is for a special occasion please ensure it is ordered in plenty of time.  I can accommodate last minute gifts (been there myself!) but please email me before purchasing to check all is well for your intended date

  • You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Due to new EU regulations (the General Product Safety Regulation), I’m currently unable to ship to EU countries. You can read more about it here.
