Finally Heard - Terms and Conditions

 

Your £47 investment covers the following:

•  One hour 1-to-1 conversation with Kerry Barham, held via video call or in person as agreed at the time of booking

•  A supplement starter pack worth £10, posted or handed to you after your session

•  A voucher giving you money off your first supplement order over £45 (voucher value and terms will be confirmed with your pack)

•  A downloadable wellness journal to support your journey

•  A set of affirmations tailored to the themes we discuss during our session

•  Ongoing light-touch support from Kerry via her community group and social channels

 

This is a wellness conversation. It is a supportive, honest, and non-judgemental space for you to talk about how you are feeling in your body, your hormones, your weight, your energy, and your sense of self.

 

Kerry is not a doctor, nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, or any kind of regulated healthcare professional. Nothing discussed in this session should be taken as medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.

 

 

Kerry will share her personal experience and knowledge of wellness, supplements, and midlife wellbeing. This is peer support and lifestyle conversation, not clinical care.

 

Kerry is an independent distributor with Synergy Worldwide. Any supplements discussed or provided are nutritional food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

 

You are responsible for checking that any supplement is suitable for you before taking it, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescribed medication. When in doubt, please check with your GP or pharmacist first.

 

•  The full session fee of £47 is payable at the time of booking.

•  Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

•  Payment details will be confirmed at the point of booking.

 

Kerry's time is reserved exclusively for you when you book. Please read this section carefully.

 

•  The session fee is non-refundable once payment has been made.

•  If you need to reschedule, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. Kerry will do her best to find an alternative date and time, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

•  If you cancel within 48 hours of your session without rescheduling, the full fee is forfeited.

•  If Kerry needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

•  In the event of genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances, Kerry will always try to be human and fair. Please just communicate with her as soon as you can.

 

•  You agree to attend your session at the agreed date and time, or to give adequate notice if you cannot.

•  You confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.

•  You take full responsibility for any lifestyle or supplement choices you make following your session.

•  You agree to seek medical advice from a qualified professional for any health concerns that require clinical assessment or treatment.

•  You understand that results from wellness coaching and supplementation vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Everything you share in your session is treated with complete discretion. Kerry will not share your personal details or the content of your conversation with any third party without your consent, unless she is legally required to do so.

 

Kerry may share anonymised, general themes from client conversations to inform her content or community support, but never in a way that could identify you.

 

Kerry Barham (trading as Bee Line to Wellness / The Connection Co.) is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for the purposes of data processing.

 

Your personal details will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering your session and the associated package. You will not be added to any mailing list without your consent. You have the right to request that your data is deleted at any time by contacting Kerry directly.

 

Kerry's liability is limited to the value of the session fee paid. She cannot be held responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by you following your session, including but not limited to supplement use, lifestyle changes, or health outcomes.

 

By proceeding with your booking and attending your session, you confirm that:

 

•  You have read and understood this agreement in full.

•  You accept the terms as set out above.

•  You understand the non-refundable nature of the session fee.

•  You understand that this is a wellness conversation and not a medical consultation.
